The contractor will be responsible for the full scope of services required to repair, apply coloured acrylic surface and line 3 existing play courts In accordance with the Town of Fort Erie's Safe Work Standard for Contractor Safety, the successful bidder shall complete the Town's Contractor Safety qualification prior to the commencement of work In addition, the successful contractor will be required to complete the Pre-Start Check List (Appendix A) prior to commencing work. Once the work is complete, the Project Manager or the Contract Administrator must complete the Post-Performance Evaluation (Appendix B) and provide a copy to the contractor for their records. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with all areas of the site, all aspects of the work, all conditions and features that will affect the work, and all requirements outlined in the Contract Documents. No consideration will be given for a lack thereof. Liquidated Damages The Contractor shall complete this Contract in its entirety by September 1, 2023. If the work is not completed in its entirety as specified above, the Owner will deduct from the Contract payments One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each and every calendar day delay until all work is complete Value Range 50,001 ~ 100,000$ *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
