Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The district has developed a Master Facilities Plan (MFP) consisting of one new PK-12 school building and the abatement and demolition of four school buildings. The Master Facilities Plan has been accepted and approved by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) under the Expedited Local Partnership Program (ELPP). The district and the OFCC have since revised the MFP to include one new PK-5 student school building and one new 6-12 student school building, with the abatement and demolition of four school buildings, as needed. The project has been divided into phases. The district has completed Phase I of the project with the construction of a new PK-5 student school building. Phase II of the project will be the design and construction of a 6-12 student school building for 504 students. The design process will be coordinated with the OFCC, and the total square footage will be determined during the Program of Requirements (POR) and Schematic Design (SD) process. All work must comply with the Ohio School Design Manual (OSDM) and all other OFCC requirements. It is required that there be cooperation and interfacing with the OFCC to provide the necessary submittals and reporting for the district to receive the maximum ELPP credit. All applicable OFCC forms and documents will be used.
