Anticipated letter of intent for UA - approximately April 17, 2023. Anticipated begin work - May 8, 2023. Milestone completion date (UA OIT conduits) - July 1, 2023. Overall project completion date - August 6, 2023. Site Package general scope: Site demolition, clearing. Site fencing. Storm and water distribution work. UA OIT conduit and concrete manhole for pullbox.
