As of November 20, 2023, the project has been awarded and completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. To install Speed Humps on Newark Road and Hood Road in locations defined by the Township Road Master and identified in this bid packet. Install "Road to be Closed" signs no less than 7 days before starting work. Install three (3) Speed Humps on Newark Road: Mill notches in existing pavement as required. Place and compact Superpave 9.5 mm WMA to specified profile. Install specified signage (W17-1 and W13-1P) Install Thermoplastic Pavement Markings as specified. Seal all pavement joints. Install three (3) Speed Humps on Hood Road: Mill notches in existing pavement as required. Place and compact Superpave 9.5 mm WMA to specified profile. Install specified signage (W17-1 and W13-1P) Install Thermoplastic Pavement Markings as specified. Seal all pavement joints.
