Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check or certified check, payable to Guilford County in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A performance and payment bond will be required from the awarded Contractor for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
