Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
West Shore Parks and Recreation (WSPRS) requires professional services with respect to tennis court resurfacing. 1. Power wash the court surface to clean off all loose paint, gum, dirt, moss, algae, oil, grease and any other foreign debris. 2. Any debris, paint etc. from all work to be collected and disposed of off-site. 3. Repair minor depressions in the courts surface with acrylic patch binder. 4. Fill in all cracks within the court playing surface area with court crack filler/acrylic patch binder. 5. Fill any major cracks or divots with court crack filler and or court patch binder. 6. Scrape and blow courts in preparation for resurfacing coats. 7. Apply by squeegee two (2) filler coats of acrylic resurface with #50 silica sand over entire court surface. 8. Apply by squeegee two (2) coats of light blue inbound and light green outbound with #80 silica sand:“Plexipave Colour Filler Coat” as per manufacturers specifications or equivalent. 9. Apply two (2) coats of while line paint with “Textured line paint” as per manufacturer’s specifications. The playing lines will be taped, and two coats of line paint will by brush applied. All playing lines will be straight and true.
