Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project generally comprises of milling and overlay of approximately 6.5 miles of Township roadways, line painting, traffic loop reinstatement, replacement of 40 ADA Ramps, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on April 25, 2023; All questions must be submitted through Penn Bid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. Liquid Fuels funds will be utilized for funding a portion of this project and all materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 unless otherwise specified. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
