Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Asheville commissioned a 2016 McCormick Field Concept Design Study that was created to address improvements to the City owned Minor League baseball stadium. The scope intended to be included in this architectural design work will include exploring and expanding upon those improvements, as well as other design elements or features that can expand the use of the stadium to events other than baseball. Full design services through Construction Administration are anticipated. Please note that the prime firm lead (architectural firm) must have at a minimum, direct experience with design and construction administration of a Major or Minor League stadium project within the past 10 years. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications. The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
