The project consists of roadway reconstruction and paving improvements on Mitchell Avenue in Big Run Borough, Jefferson County. Payment also accepted using VISA and MasterCard. This payment will not be refunded. Contract documents may also be obtained electrqnically at no charge. Bidding documents including plans, specifications and addenda, must be obtained directly from the Engineer to be considered. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract and submit evidence of its qualifications to perform the work.
