Site work for a water / sewer project in Emo, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Tender includes: - Replacement of approximately 347 m of 150 mm dia. watermain on King Street; - Replacement of approximately 288 m of 150 mm dia. watermain on Florence Street; - Replacement of approximately 227 m of 400 mm and 600 mm dia. storm sewer on Florence Street; - Replacement of 26 water service connections; - Replacement of 16 150 mm dia. watermain isolation valves; - Replacement of three (3) fire hydrants; -Replacement of six (6) storm manholes, addition of new catchbasins and leads on Florence Street; - Restoration of roads, driveways, shoulders, boulevards, culverts, etc.; -Installation of new watermain, storm and sanitary under CNR Railway by Jack & Bore Method; - Replacement of 285 m of 200 mm diameter and 300 mm diameter sanitary sewer on Florence Street (Provisional). - Replacement of six (6) sanitary manholes and nine (9) service laterals on Florence Street (Provisional). It is anticipated that Contract Award will occur in May 2023. Therefore, it will be understood that the project working time allotted of 18 weeks will commence following mobilization of equipment and manpower to site by the Contractor based on a start date no later than May 31, 2023. Substantial completion shall be performed by September 30, 2023. Plans and Tender documents may be obtained from Biddingo and Merx. Bidders must register with Biddingo.com or Merx.com in order to bid. Questions will be accepted until end of day on Friday, April 21, 2023.
