Site work for a water / sewer project in Brigham City, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 27 the project did not receive any bids. The City is deciding how to proceed with a future bid. The Project consists of installing CIPP connection seals ("top hats") on each of the sewer laterals indicated on the project drawings (27 connections). Question Deadline 04/17/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing no later than 72 hours in advance of the opening of Bids. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
