The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing solicitation 15BFA023B00000009 for the of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Install Chilled Water at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI La Tuna), in Anthony, Texas. FCI La Tuna is a federal correctional facility at 8500 Doniphan, Dr. Anthony, TX 79821. The project consists of the following: The replacement of all existing DX and evaporative cooling equipment with new chilled water cooling and hot water heating equipment.
