Reference number : 1712420 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli is requesting bids for paving work in Rang 2 Ouest. Any tenderer must attach to his tender a declaration solemnly affirming that neither he nor any of his collaborators or employees has engaged in acts of intimidation, influence peddling or corruption, towards a member of the council, a civil servant or any other person who works for the municipality, within the framework of the call for tenders. (Appendix "B") All tenderers and their subcontractors must use, at all times, for the transport of bulk materials, in a proportion of at least 50% in number, trucks belonging to truckers resident in the MRC de L'Islet or small trucking companies (primarily in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli) subscribed to the brokerage service of an association that holds a brokerage permit on the territory of the MRC de L'Islet under the Transport Act ( RSQ chapter T-12). A certificate from Revenu Quebec must also be provided by the bidder. The Municipality of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented and reserves the right to accept a tender in whole or in part.
