Reference number : 1711117 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Matane is requesting bids for professional services for the monitoring of various projects by a soil laboratory. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION In addition to soil consultants with an establishment in Quebec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Deadline for submitting complaints (DDP): April 24, 2023. Deadline for responding to complaints (DRP): April 28, 2023. This sealed envelope must contain: A sealed envelope labeled " Price Formula - Do Not Open " containing only the Bid Form, Summary and Bid Forms. Any bid submitted under this solicitation will be evaluated under a two-stage weighting and evaluation system as described in the bid documents. The City of Matane does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). The City of Matane reserves the right to award the contract in part only. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
