Renovation of a day care center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to furnish Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of one hundred and ten percent (110%) of their contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. This work shall be completed using Federal grant funding. All labor costs shall be subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates for the County where the Work is to be completed. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts. Shall include be not limited to: Demolition and disconnection of existing chiller, Boilers, Primary Air Handling Units Provide new chillers, boilers, classroom unit ventilators, air handling units, terminal boxes, ductwork, grilles and diffusers, piping, controls and all work indicated on drawings. Provide electrical connections. Provide water flow test and balance services and report. Restore and repair existing lawn areas damaged during construction.
