Project awarded to: General Contract Fager-McGee Construction for $1,540,000.00 The Electrical Contract was awarded to Brown Electric for $421,194.00 The Ventilating Contract was awarded to Heartland Mechanical Contractor for $423,800.00 Illinois Veterans' Home at Anna, (W0800): Work to include remodeling of the existing common shower/bath areas and Men's toilet room, replace roof- top ventilating equipment, replacement of existing designated doors and hardware, replace windows, replacement of the PTAC units, improving the Smoking Lounge with high efficiency filtration devices, replace site lighting, repoint and repair exterior masonry, replace exterior sealant joints.
