This work consists of tree trimming and tree removals along County public right-of-way, county properties such as the Cecil County Landfill, Wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, Cecil County Parks, and other County properties and operating divisions as assigned. The project sites are located throughout the greater County limits. Cecil County, MD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. All proposals are based upon budgetary constraints. Electronically submitted bids shall be submitted to Bids@cecilcountymd.Gov . All questions must be in writing and shall only be coordinated through the Purchasing Office at purchasingoffice@cecilcountymd.gov.
