Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of June 20, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. A certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or cash, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid the major work items include: the abandonment of an existing sewer lift station located off of E. Parr Blvd, with the construction of new 15" gravity sewer throughout easements on private property and crossing S. Virginia St. to the existing tie-in location. Surface restoration includes but is not limited to temporary asphalt patching, grind and overlay, replacement of permanent pavement patching, portland cement concrete curb, and replacement of landscape affected by construction.
