As of June 21, 2023, bids received rejected the bid based upon the cost of the project and insufficient funds budgeted. No definite date for the rebid. The City Council reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five per centum (5%) ofthe bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders The project sites are located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Water Treatment Plant are further detailed in the Project Description and illustrated in the drawings portion of this bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion ofthe work shown on the plans and described in the specifications.
