Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Deer Park, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Deer Park, Texas, is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for selection of a Construction-Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) firm for the City of Deer Park Jimmy Burke Activity Center - Project ID# 3982-22. This will be a one-step CMAR process as provided by chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. Firms intending on serving as sub-consultants, subcontractors, vendors, or material suppliers should not submit Proposals in response to this request, the RFP is for CMAR's only. The City reserves the right to reject any and all RFP's and re-solicit for new proposals. The new Jimmy Burke Activity Center will be approximately 47,825 SQFT building that will have conference rooms, breakout rooms, catering kitchen, museum, and Office space.
