As of April 26, 2023, project was awarded to Pave Northwest Inc. but awarded amount is not available. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $64,000. Improvements generally include construction of Type III Slurry Seal, traffic control and public notifications, and associated improvements. The work is located on S. Creekside Drive, E. Timber Creek Drive, E. Tyee Drive, and E. Wapato Loop. Construction plans titled, 2023 Slurry Seal dated April 2023, consisting of 4 sheets and project specifications are herein incorporated into the bid documents for detail of the overall scope of the project including the scope of services for this portion of the project. All workmanship, materials, and conditions shall conform to the 2018 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction and the Public Works Construction Standards for the City of Sisters Oregon. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Prevailing Wage Rates Effective January 1, 2023 for Region 10. Completion: It is the intent of the City of Sisters to achieve substantial completion by August 31, 2023.
