The Work in this project includes the extension of public 12-inch waterline and 10-inch sanitary sewer line to service annexation tract located at 5131 Atascocita Road. The above-described work will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the opening of bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to Harris County MUD No. 46 in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within Ten (10) days after receipt of the contract documents. The right is reserved, as the interest of the District may require, to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in bids received.
