Work shall include but not be limited to: Install cabling, security cameras, network switches and servers/storage to support the new and existing cameras plus the growth factor. For new cameras, provide costs to include license software maintenance thru July 1, 2024. Genetec base camera licenses shall be transferred from the owners pool of licenses. New cameras are cameras above and beyond the existing quantity of cameras. Existing cameras and cameras to be replaced already have licensing thru July 1, 2024 For new monitoring PCs (not Replaced PCs) provide Genetec licenses Fully load the latest Genetec software on the servers and PCs and upgrade all new and existing camera software to the latest firmware that is compatible with the Genetec software. Provide full documentation and as-builts of network connectivity and camera locations and camera numbers on red-lined PDF documents. See details and floorplans for UPS and power requirements. Add surge protection devices on exterior and pole mounted cameras. Electrical updates shall include but not be limited to: Installation of new UPS circuits in the Admin building with distribution to user PCs and monitors in the Admin building. Replacement of all existing camera UPS. Addition of surges suppression and grounding of all external cameras, new and existing. Underground boring and trenching to new poles and camera locations.
