The scope for this proposal includes site improvements such as drainage, pavement, flatwork, and a press box replacement. The building envelope improvements include various roofing replacement and repairs, window replacement, and exterior cladding improvements. The interior renovation scope is for approximately 206,500 SF of the existing buildings classrooms, athletics, fine arts, professional development, toilet rooms and other support spaces. This also includes the field house building. The renovation will vary from minor to major renovation scope including modifications to the existing structure, interior walls, and improvements to MEP systems.
