Question Submission Close Date: 4/14/2023 2:00 PM MDT If you need more information on this event, please contact: Heath Mills hmills@alpinedistrict.org This Request for Proposals ("RFP"), having been determined to be the appropriate procurement method to provide the best value to the Conducting Procurement Unit, is designed to provide interested Offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, then the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence. It is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Irrigation parts and supplies and related items within the Alpine School District (ASD) and its properties. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: any vendor reaching a total score threshold of a minimum of 75 points may be eligible to be awarded a contract. The award of the contract does not guarantee the use or purchase of awarded vendors' products or services. A best value assessment will take place each and every time to determine which/when vendors' products or services will be used. This assessment can include but is not limited to budget, cost, individual school preference, district preference, and compatibility. This contract can be used for any and all locations within Alpine School District. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years. Alpine School District ("ASD") Physical Facilities maintains hundreds of buildings with thousands of acres of property with irrigation systems which may include but are not limited to the following needs; new installations, renovations, upgrades, as well as, maintenance and/or repair on existing systems. ASD seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor/s to provide and perform the related work necessary for various irrigation parts and supplies and related needs.
