Renovation of a detention facility in Blairsville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Colwell Probation Detention Center Air Handler Upgrades in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project includes replacing the air handling unit and related accessories at Colwell PDC (See Section 01010, Summary of Work). GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents
