This is an indefinite quantity, time and materials contract and will be primarily used for construction projects on campus. Contractor will, upon request, furnish all permits, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the construction project. Projects to be quoted per project. All proposals will be reviewed for compliance with the mandatory requirements stated within the RFP. Proposals deemed non-responsive will be eliminated from further consideration. The Procurement Manager may contact the offeror for clarification of response as indicated in the RFP. The Evaluation Committee may use other sources of information to perform the evaluation as specified in this RFP. Potential offerors may submit additional questions as to the intent or clarity of this RFP until April 17, 2023 at 4:30 pm (Mountain Standard Time). All questions shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager via e-mail at amy.baca@wnmu.edu with subject line of RFP 03-22/23 Construction Services. All other questions will need to be done in writing during the question-and-answer session provided here in. This will be done via Zoom and will be one hour in duration on April 13, 2023 at 10:30 AM. Until final award, Western New Mexico University reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFP's to waive technicalities, to re-advertise and to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the University.
