The Charles County Commissioners are soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for various electric generator sets of various sizes throughout Charles County. Contract Term: A base term commencing on the date specified on the written notice of intent to award, after expiration of the award protest period, unless notified otherwise by the County in writing, and ending June 30, 2024, with four (4) 1-year optional renewals at the sole option of the County. Each 1-year renewal shall commence on July 1 and end on June 30 of the following calendar year.
