The Charles County Commissioners are soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for various electric generator sets of various sizes throughout Charles County. Contract Term: A base term commencing on the date specified on the written notice of intent to award, after expiration of the award protest period, unless notified otherwise by the County in writing, and ending June 30, 2024, with four (4) 1-year optional renewals at the sole option of the County. Each 1-year renewal shall commence on July 1 and end on June 30 of the following calendar year. Last Day for Questions: 04/26/2023 before 8:00 a.m. ET MBE Goal: Yes, Aspirational 25% - Refer to Part A, Section 1.2.3 The County reserves the right to award a contract by individual items, in the aggregate, or in any combination thereof, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the County.
