MAXIMUM LIMITING CONTRACT: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on maximum limiting budgeted amount of $500,000.00 and not the contractors bid total. PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
