Program of phased major upgrades, repairs and improvements of the municipal residential complex Place Saint-Martin located in the quadrilateral bordered by Dumouchel Street, Hector-Charland and Albert Duquesne Avenues and Le Corbusier Boulevard. The scope of the project will include demolition of surplus buildings, exterior and interior repairs of apartment buildings housing approximately 700 residential units. Note. The project budget amounts to more than $20M. TIMELINE: The owner has limited the mission of the awarded architectural professional consultant by preliminary studies, master planning, cost estimation and preparation of the project development scheduling. Timelines of further project development are not determined. Project will be followed if/when it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
