Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Only ODOT pre-qualified bidders are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. The Board of Commissioners of Union County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items, or to waive any informalities in any bid(s), and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder in accordance with Section 307.86 of the Ohio Revised Code as determined by the Board of Commissioners of Union County.
