Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 11 The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF), through its Forest Inventory Department (DIF), wishes to award two contracts to service providers for the performance of forest inventory work on permanent sample plots according to the 2023 forest inventory standards (5 th inventories) of the DIF. The territories covered by this call for submissions affect the administrative regions of Mauricie (04) and Lanaudière (14). This call for submissions aims to carry out the 2023 forest inventory for Category 03 projects . The objective of this call for tenders is to select service providers for these sampling projects on the sites identified in the call for tenders document. Unless there is an agreement with the Ministère, work on this call for tenders will begin on May 22, 2023 and end no later than September 1, 2023 . The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. In addition, please note that the project manager must be a permanent resource of the service provider. The service provider must be qualified on the "PQ-SONDAGE-2023-03" list for carrying out forest inventory projects. The submitted tender must remain valid for a period of 45 days following the time and date set for the receipt of tenders. The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
