Total awarded amount is $5,382,382.75. Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 3A Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of pipe sizes 8" to 24". Estimate: $5,000,000.00 This Project is funded through both a grant and loan provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS). The Project includes the following Work: Phase 3A - Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of 10,170 linear feet of pipe with diameters ranging in size from 8 inches to 24 inches, three new manholes, and 458 vertical feet of manhole lining. The project includes CCTV and cleaning of the lines, laboratory testing, subsurface utility exploration, spot repairs as necessary, bypass pumping, and traffic control. The Project has an expected duration of the following calendar days: Phase 3A - 480 calendar days Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 3B Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP) rehabilitation of pipe sizes 36" to 84". Estimate: $900,000.00 This Project is funded through both a grant and loan provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS). Phase 3B - Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP) rehabilitation of 5,795 linear feet of pipe with diameters ranging in size from 36 inches to 84 inches and eight new manholes. The project includes CCTV of the lines, cleaning of the lines, laboratory testing, subsurface utility exploration, spot repairs as necessary, bypass pumping, and traffic control. The Project has an expected duration of the following calendar days: Phase 3B - 480 calendar days Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the offices of the City of Monessen on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the City of Monessen or W.E.C. Inc. as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
