Botsford Pool Fence Replacement Location- Botsford Pool 19444 Lathers Livonia, MI 48152 Project must be completed by October 31, 2023 FENCE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT A. Remove and properly dispose of existing barbed wire perimeter fence and interior fencing. B. Removal of existing materials from the site is the responsibility of contractor. C. Replace fencing with no-climb fencing with a minimum of 8 ft high for perimeter fencing and 4 ft high for interior fencing as outlined below. 1. Exterior 8ft high fence is approximately 875 linear feet 2. Interior 4ft high fence is approximately 160 linear feet The City reserves the right to reject in or in part any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; as it is determined to be in the best interests of the City of Livonia to do so. Each proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the proposer and Surety Company, payable to the City of Livonia in the amount of five percent (5%) The successful proposer will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds.
