DASNY is soliciting bids for the roof replacement on Building #16 at the Western New York Developmental Disabilities Service Office (WNYDDSO). The existing building is an occupied multiple story building with multiple level and height roof conditions with an existing single ply roof PVC membrane system. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Perform the required testing Removal of hazardous materials Removal and replacement of wet insulation Provide elastomeric fluid-applied roof membrane Provide full roof removal and replacement at canopy locations Additional work as described in the contract documents Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 1% *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
