The project is located at 14010 Beemer Way, Oregon City, OR 97045, and on a city-owned outfall site that is situated between 14010 and 14020 Beemer Way, Oregon City, 97045. Clackamas County Map 2-2E-28CB, tax lot 01600. Project n o- CI22007 The City owned outfall located adjacent to 14010 Beemer Way discharges stormwater from Holcomb Boulevard to the head of a ravine within the City's Natural Resource Overlay District (NROD). The ravine is greater than 20 feet deep with the outfall located approximately 7 to 8 feet above the ravine floor. The neighboring house located at 14010 Beemer Way, is situated approximately 22 feet away from the ravine's edge. Due to the existing steep slopes within the ravine, saturated soils on the neighboring property, the stormwater flows from the City's 30" outfall and the sudden direct drop to the ravine floor, the ravine's slopes have degraded over time. This last year, slopes further destabilized and sloughed to the bottom of the ravine.
