Reference Number 0000316963 Asbestos Abatement at Nowlin Elementary School Asbestos abatement and ceiling demolition work will be performed at Nowlin Elementary School located at 23600 Penn Street in Dearborn, Michigan. The contractor must have at least one EPA certified individual performing Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) person on site during ceiling demolition. The project consists of asbestos containing Glue Pods removal under 12"x12" ceiling tiles located throughout the school building ceilings (hallways, offices, classrooms, and gymnasium), main floor of Nowlin Elementary school. The school ceiling areas to be removed is approximately 37,000 square feet.
