Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 18,350-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a 62,650-square-foot stadium; for site work for a stadium; and stadium.
Expansion and renovations of the Gadbois Recreational Complex. The scope of work includes partial demolition of approximately 2,800 m2 of the building and reconstruction of its central part, construction of an extension of 1,700 m2, renovation and reorganization of the other interior spaces reserved for 5,800 m2. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in summer 2025. Tender for the general contractor is preliminary slated for late 2025/early 2026. Note. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling the start of construction work is scheduled for March 2026 with the facilities commissioning in 2028.
