Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 18,350-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a 62,650-square-foot stadium; for site work for a stadium; and stadium.
Expansion and renovations of the Gadbois Recreational Complex. The scope of work includes partial demolition of approximately 2,800 m2 of the building and reconstruction of its central part, construction of an extension of 1,700 m2, renovation and reorganization of the other interior spaces reserved for 5,800 m2. TIMELINE: According to the official information provided on the major projects list of the of the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat the project is in a design stage. Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is slated for mid-/late 2026.
