The district will provide responses to those questions deemed appropriate to all vendors. The school district reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to accept the quote deemed to be in the best interest of the school district in its sole and absolute discretion. The North Linn Community School District Board is requesting a proposal to design, supply, and complete installation of playground equipment replacing an existing playground northwest of the building and west of the football field and track complex at North Linn Elementary School located at 3033 Lynx Drive in Coggon, Iowa. The Contractor shall provide the following playground equipment: a. Playground structure systems with multiple towers, slides, ladder features, etc. b. At least two (2) pieces of auxiliary equipment as depicted in the renderings shown following this scope of work section. c. Include a poured surface that is safe for students on the playground and approximately 50' xx35'. d. Conceptual renderings of the desired playground system follow. Please note substitutions, value engineering, and deviations will only be considered after quotes are received and the contract has been awarded. Please complete a bid only based on the equipment illustrated. Nonconforming bids will be rejected.
