**As of May 9, 2023, project is cancelled.** The work requested is to conduct marine salvage/debris removal and properly dispose of it. For the purpose of the work, Marine Salvage/Debris Removal means the recovering and permanent removal of any hazard to navigation or removal of various objects as directed within Honolulu Harbor/Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor, Oahu. The work could include but not limited to; salvage/removal of vessels, containers, marine debris, etc. from the waters of DOTH both on and below the water surface. The work will include proper disposal of such items. This project is an "as services required" contract limited to available funding and State Procurement small purchase rules. This contract shall not exceed $99,999.99 in one calendar year or the applicable procurement delegation for the scope of work. The contractor will also be responsible for removal of any persistent solid material that is manufactured or processed and directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, present in the marine environment within Honolulu Harbor/Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor, Oahu during any natural or man-made disaster or emergency.
