A contract will be awarded, or all bids rejected within 60 days after the bid opening. Bids received after the fixed time for opening cannot be considered. The project also includes reinstallation of traffic signal detection, replacement of ADA ramps to current requirements, and striping. Existing curb, gutter and sidewalk outside the intersections, as well as street lights and the existing storm drain system, will remain.
