New construction of a municipal facility in Beaver, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The Board of County Commissioners will open sealed bids for the construction of an ADA compliant restroom facility (8' x 8') and kitchen area (8' x 12') with mezzanine and stairway with handrails. Walls and Ceiling: Interior walls shall be ofwood or steel construction and designed to support a mezzanine area as shown on the plans. Restroom and kitchen areas shall receive 5/8in sheetrock on walls and ceiling. Sheetrock walls shall be textured and painted. Interior wall height will be 8ft. Interior doors: Doors will be a prehung hollow core doors. Window: Kitchen will receive a 3' x 4' widow with accordian door. Mezzanine and Stairway; A 3 rail handrail compliant to OSHA regulations shall be installed on the stairway and around the perimeter of the mezzanine. Decking shall be K' AC grade plywood. Restroom: Shall receive a lavatory and toilet compliant to ADA regulations and a standard grade corner shower stall. Water lines shall be polyethylene construction and all drains and vents shall be of PVC construction. A 30 gallon natural gas water heater shall be installed on the mezzanine area and shall be supplied with a gas line, overflow pan and drain in case of failure.
