Construct two (2) reinforced concrete abutments (approx. 15 CY concrete and 2130 LB reinforcing steel). 3. Construct 140 FT x 12FT weathering steel truss with timber plank deck. 4. Construct weathering steel approach railing. 5. Complete associated approach grading work and turf establishment. C. Description of Alternates Alternate 1: Salvage Existing Bridge No Pre bid meeting. This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 2% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established.
