Furnish and installation of a golf course driving range netting as orderd by the Department of Engineering. The City of Schenectady reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded as having received the bidding documents. Questions received less than four (4) days prior to the date of submission of bids will not be answered. The City will be bound only by responses given by formal written Addenda.
