The Elko Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking bids to upgrade an existing electronicigital sign. Must be a qualified contractor. Project Identification Project Name: ECVA Electronic Sign Upgrade Project Address: 700 Moren Way, Elko, NV 89801 Project Description Elko Convention and Visitors Authority electronic sign upgrade to 6 X 10 message center cabinets, digital with 10 mm resolution, cellular communications. The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is $75,000. Prevailing wage required. Sign Upgrade: Proposals need to address removal and disposal of existing ID cabinet, existing sign units and consoles. Need to increase the size of display (both sides), to 6 X 10 message center cabinet(s) include LED lights, 10mm resolution, cellular connection, software, hardware, training for programing and warranty. Must verify electrical is satisfactory. Should address the possibility of removal and replacement of the pole structure to accommodate the change in display size, without exceeding City height requirements. - Sign size: 6 ft X 10 ft - Engineering Costs - 10 mm Resolution - Brand of Sign - Cellular Data Plan (Lifetime) - Permit Procurement Costs - Removal/Replacement of Pole Structure - Operating software/hardware - Warranty: No. of Years/Parts & Labor - Training.
