The Fort Bend ISD is seeking qualifications from qualified firms for Architectural Design Team and their Engineering Team Members Professional Services Questions Due Date: Apr 14th 2023, 10:00 AM CDT Any questions or needed clarifications shall be submitted through the Ask a Question section in Bonfire before Friday, April 14, 2023, 10:00 a.m. (CST). Questions received by the deadline and corresponding answers will be included in an Addendum and posted in FBISD e-bidding portal Bonfire. FBISD will issue an addendum to evidence any revisions or amendments made to the RFQ The award timeline, if any, as a result of this solicitation will be for contract duration of approximately five (5) to seven (7) years. FBISD intends to Form Two Pools of Architectural and Engineering Design Teams to assist with 2023 Bond, future Bond projects and any other additional services that may arise and not be bond related. The first pool of architects will be for projects 25 million and below. The second pool of architects will be for projects 30 million and above. FBISD will have the sole authority to appoint the firms within the pool it deems in the best interest of the District. A separate agreement will be negotiated by project with the selected firm. A re-evaluation of the proposed team will occur prior to the execution of each agreement The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
