Renovation of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 24 the project will go to Council appproval on June 22, 2023.. The Work consists of: Comprehensive Modernization to include Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Information Technology, and Security Work. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of: B, B2, C-21. The Owner's representative is PM Kevin McWhorter or PMA Markella Garanyants, and may be reached at PM cell (702) 969-4009. or PMA cell (702) 849-5787. The A/E representative is Zach Broyles, IZ design studio, and may be reached at (702) 441-0026. Pre-Qualified Prime Bidders will need to email Arianna Molina at Molinaa2@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents through CCSD's Bluebeam document viewer tool with instruction on how to view and print the Bid documents.
