Request for Qualifications Spokane International Airport General Contractor/Construction Manager Services Spokane International Airport New Administration Office Building, Project #22-42-1764 The Spokane Airport Board is requesting proposals for General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) Services for the SIA New Administration Office Building using the alternative procurement method permitted under Chapter 39.10 of the RCW, as amended, for public works contracting in lieu of sealed bids. The Request for Qualifications outlines the information necessary to understand this selection process and the documentation required for submitting proposals. A link to the meeting is provided within the RFQ document. The Request for Qualifications is posted on the Spokane Airports website. The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any irregularities in the submittals received, and to accept the submittal deemed most advantageous to the Board.
