Project Size 15,740 sq. ft. Project Size 15,740 sq. ft. Description Increment 1: Site demolition including seven portable buildings, shade structure, concrete, AC paving, and landscape areas. New grading, drainage and bioretention area. AC paved parking lot with EV charging, ornamental fencing, hardscape at garden, courtyard, and walkways, landscape and irrigation. New FDC and PIV for sprinklers at Inc 2 office building Coordination/Application to/with PG&E for transformer, switchgear, back-up generator and associated site work. Provide all components required that are not provided by PG&E required for complete and operational systems. Exterior paint and gutters, new interior finishes and new lighting at three existing buildings. Increment 2: Design and construct a new District Office Building; modernization of three existing portables into two office spaces and one Board room. New 10,000 sqft District office building with offices, conference room, break room, open office spaces, utility rooms, auxiliary spaces, installation of PV shade structures, battery back-up, complete, operational and tested low voltage systems including the AV system at Board room building with staff training on all systems, associated utilities, demolition, start-up, commissioning, and all other associated work required to provide a complete turnkey project. The basis for the "Design" of the "Work" will be the Design development drawings, specifications, District Standards, DSA requirements, and all other state and local codes industry standards and requirements, required for a complete project.
