Required Contractors License Classification: C-27 Landscaping Project Estimate: $100,000.00 General Scope of Work Applicable to both Fields to include but not limited to: 1. Specification Section 32 01 90 Landscape Maintenance. 2. Specification Section 32 90 00 Planting to include Dura Edge Performance Specifications. 3. A mandatory pre-construction meeting and site walk will take place prior to construction. During the pre-construction meeting, the Contractor and the District will agree on access and laydown area and will agree to a water management plan to preserve the playing fields during construction. Cut and remove all infield diamond and four-foot strip along the edge of the baselines plus a four-foot edge around the back edge of the infield skin area. 2. Prepare soil by tilling all areas including infield skin to make ready for additional renovation procedures. 3. Dura Edge or equal in-field mix and installation process. 4. Finish laser grading infield to create a balanced, properly drained surface into the outfield area. 5. Install a new home plate area using mound bricks for catcher's station and batter's boxes. 6. Provide and big roll install Tifway Hybrid Bermuda or equal in the infield complex area. 7. Level back end of the infield (grade/feather into outfield) and add turf as needed based on length of feathering used to level infield. Use turf material on back-edge of infield to match existing outfield turf. 8. Install new pitchers' mound. Scope of Work Applicable to Varsity Softball Field to include but not limited to: 1.
